THE CHALLENGE
Many childhood conditions share one underlying difficulty.
Children with muscular dystrophy, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, Prader-Willi syndrome, juvenile arthritis, and autism or sensory processing disorder often have trouble receiving or interpreting the body's movement and position signals. That shows up as poor balance, difficulty planning movement, and trouble judging how much force a task needs.
OUR APPROACH
Rion's Belt targets the two sensory systems behind body awareness: proprioception, the sense of position, and the vestibular system, the sense of balance. Steady, measured resistance gives muscles and joints consistent feedback during everyday movement and guided therapy.
Each cord carries calibrated resistance markings like these, so a setting means the same force every time.
HOW IT WORKS

1 Prescribe
A clinician chooses the muscle groups, cord placement and resistance level for each child.
2 Set
A parent slides each cord lock to the marked level. Built-in limiters prevent over-tightening.
3 Measure
Sensors on each cord are designed to read the actual force as the child moves.
4 Monitor
A companion app is designed to confirm settings, log sessions and share progress with the clinician.
